Wellness Intensives

Once you have started your program, it is non-refundable. This is again to model accountability and make sure that people in the program are sincerely ready to invest in themselves. Because I have a limited capacity to work with people on this more intensive level, it is important that those starting the program do so with the mindset to finish. There is a waitlist available for others wishing to join at the next opening.

We will be working 1:1 together for the entity of the program. Please be respectful of our meeting times. Frequent rescheduling will be charged an additional fee if it occurs more than 3 times. Please see the pricing page. Please also be respectful of our time outside of this program. We may be in contact through the week in between sessions at times, so please be mindful of my other time commitments and I will be mindful of yours.

One time Functional Medicine consult

This includes the intake history, any needed work up and then the feedback session for those who feel comfortable implementing the plan on their own and do not need follow up care.  This consult does not include ongoing email or visits related to the consult.  We will meet twice: intiailly and for the feedback session.  If you need care between these visits, please choose the wellness intensive or monthly membership or we can bill you for additional time at the $500/hr consultative rate

Functional/Integrative Medicine monthly membership

This includes a monthly 45 minute visit as well as all labs and supplements/medications at wholesale pricing.  Additional care is billed at the $500/hr rate.  After a minimum 4 months of care, you can move to the primary care membership for ongoing care.  There are two tracks for this: primary care  at $89/mo or ongoing functional medicine primary care: at $238/mo.  There is no additional hourly billing for care or email/phone communications and all medication, lab and supplement discounts continue.
