1:1 Intensive Program
4 Weeks
This Program Is Ideal For:
People who have already completed an 8, 12 or 24 week program and are looking to add on to their individualized program or pursue new goals.
Alternatively, people who will benefit from more support than the one time consult can choose the 4 week program.
What’s Included:
One on one sessions for 60 minutes per session, weekly for 4 consecutive weeks. These can be in person or virtual/video sessions.

This program is only open to individual who have completed their wellness program but are looking to add on or extend their program. Please reach out if you would like to do this program but have not completed a full intensive program yet and we will let you know if this is appropriate for you.
