24 Weeks
This Program Is Ideal For:
People who need or want an intensive level of long term guidance or who have more than one goal they are working on (ie weight loss and depression) that will benefit from longitudinal multi-modality support and medical care.
What’s Included:
One on one sessions for 60 minutes per session, weekly for 24 consecutive weeks. These can be in person or virtual/video sessions.

$100 rescheduling fee*
*Rescheduling fee: I understand plans change or things come up. You can reschedule up to 3 times during the program duration for our weekly session. After that, a $100 fee will apply for each reschedule. Note for the 24 week program, you may reschedule up to 6 times before a fee applies.
